Once I join the monthly giving program my credit card will be charged on the 20th of each month. A consolidated tax receipt for the total amount of my monthly gifts will be issued each January. I understand that donations will continue until I notify VGH & UBC Hospital Foundation of any changes to, or cancellation of, my monthly giving. (Monthly gifts made after the 15th of the month will begin the following month.)
