Every person in British Columbia wants to know they are receiving the best treatment available, that the latest equipment is being used and that they are benefiting from the most up to date research findings. The in it for life Fund helps us do just that at our hospitals. Donor gifts to the in it for life Fund are used to purchase the latest equipment, ensuring that our health care professionals have what they need to provide the specialized care delivered to British Columbians at VGH, UBC Hospital and GF Strong Rehab Centre. Approximately 80% of the in it for life Fund is used to purchase equipment and 20% is used to invest in research at the Vancouver Coastal Health Research Institute.
